All College Accommodation residents must provide a financial guarantor. This is a contract in which a person accepts responsibility for, and agrees to undertake payment of any outstanding residential fees and charges owed to the College, which were incurred by The Resident while he/she was living in College Accommodation. The Guarantor cannot be The Resident, and must be a person who is over the age of 18 years.
