Parramatta Professionals Forum: Conscience and Professional Life

On Friday the 2nd of August, the Parramatta Professionals Forum welcomed Dr. Xavier Symons, Director of the Plunkett Centre for Ethics at ACU, for an enlightening session on 'Conscience and Professional Life'. Dr. Symons, formerly a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Harvard University, shared profound insights into ethical dilemmas at the beginning and end of life, conscientious objection, resource allocation ethics, and the philosophy of wellbeing. There was an opportunity for the forum to ask questions which led to further discussion.

tHosted at the stunning new venue 'Sahra By the River' in Parramatta, the event provided not only intellectual stimulation but also a delightful culinary experience enjoyed by all attendees.
